We ask you for your consideration in changes and cancellations of appointments. We truly appreciate you giving us at least 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment, including treatment changes so we may adjust time blocks, reschedules and cancellations. Because we are single service providers and have limited time slots available to our clientele we must enforce our business policies. Less than 24 hours reschedules or cancellations will be charged the full service fee. You must click the link in your confirmation text or email to make changes to your appointment and receive a confirmation of your cancellation. If you do not do this your appointment is not cancelled and you will still be held liable. Reply texts and emails do not reach us and and not acceptable. If you can’t cancel or reschedule through your appointment confirmations please call us and leave a voicemail at 714-625-7402. We do not employ a receptionist in order to keep our service prices affordable to our clientele. You will receive an electronic confirmation of your changed or cancelled appointment. We have a full clientele and a wait list so we can fill cancelled appointments but we just need 24 hours to do so. We don’t like charging fees so please notify us of any changes asap and everyone will be happy!
